At Explore and Learn, we provide School Readiness and K–6 English and Maths programs led by experienced primary school teachers. Our lessons focus on developing strong literacy and numeracy foundations through structured, engaging learning experiences delivered in small groups.
In our School Readiness program, younger children begin developing early literacy, numeracy and fine motor skills to help them transition confidently into Kindergarten. Our tutoring programs are aligned with the NSW curriculum and are designed to support what students are learning at school, helping them consolidate important concepts and build a deeper understanding.

Meet the Founder
Explore and Learn was founded by Karen Willis, an experienced primary school teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience.
Karen has extensive experience developing literacy and numeracy programs and is passionate about helping children build strong foundations for learning. Her teaching focuses on creating engaging and supportive learning experiences where students feel confident to take risks, ask questions and grow as learners.
Karen works alongside a team of experienced primary school teachers who share a strong commitment to high-quality education. Together, they provide a warm and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to explore, discover and reach their full potential.
